(The story)

They gave the split toe to the lords. The foot-soldier kept it. A concept campaign for the Maison Margiela split-toe boot, reimagined as a war relic. Character, hero stills, film, cutdowns, lore and launch — built and published in 7 days, solo, with an AI-first pipeline.

The premise

Fashion campaigns treat the split-toe as couture. We treated it as archaeology. Specimen 足軽–047: a boot recovered intact, function unknown, origin unverified. The campaign never explains. It leaks.

The world

One heroine, locked. One palette, locked: Ink Black, Bone, Oxblood, Cinnabar. Nothing else enters. Image is luxury; type is the wound.

The rollout

Day 1 identity and lore. Day 2 hero stills. Day 3 motion tease. Day 4 key art. Day 5 capsule and site. Day 6 launch. Day 7 cutdowns and breakdown.

The point

A campaign at this scale normally takes a crew and a quarter. This took one person, seven days, and taste.

Independent concept campaign. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commissioned by Maison Margiela.
